Job summary

Altera Malaysia is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate activities required to secure government approvals from the Malaysian Government. The role will serve as the central focal point across engineering, finance, HR, legal, tax, government affairs, and external stakeholders to ensure timely preparation, submission, and approval of all required documentation.

The successful candidate will have strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and compliance skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Economics or Public Policy.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management or regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the overall project plan, milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies for government approvals.
• Drive project execution across Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, and Corporate Affairs.
• Track progress and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Coordinate preparation, review and submission of all application documents to agencies.
