Job summary

Dimerco Express (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking aSales professional in Ipoh to drive sales growth and promote logistics services. You will research prospects, build a client portfolio, and take ownership of issues to ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams and partners.

The role requires 2–3 years in forwarding/transportation, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

• ,Minimum 2 – 3 years working experience in related field (forwarding/transportation/ freight industry).
• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate in Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent
• Have good and positive attitude, detail-orientated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Knowledge in resolving customer complaints efficiently
• Able to work independently and in team & able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel, Power point)

Responsibilities

• To meet and exceed sales target set for individual and achieve maximum sales;
• To research and seek out prospects to build portfolio of clients;
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution;
• Represent the company in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers;
• Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships;
• To establish and maintain good relationship with customers, Dimerco stations, alliances and business partners;
• To co-ordinate with other departments for maximization of resources, facilities, productivity, service efficiency & minimize cost through team work;
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, trainings and trade shows;
• To undertake other assignment from the Management.
