Celestica seeks a Financial Analysis Specialist to join our Kulim site finance team. The role drives month‑end closings, Capex ROI, tax reporting and internal control improvements, partnering with operations and cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing finance, strong SAP, Excel and BI skills, and professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA). You will influence decisions with clear communication and data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years finance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Background in multi-national corporations is preferred.
• Professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA or equivalent) are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing with reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Oversee Capex lifecycle including ROI analysis and asset tracking.
• Support internal audits and ensure SOX/internal controls compliance.
• Manage local tax compliance, including filings and deferments.
• Act as strategic advisor translating data into actionable insights.
• Leverage SAP and ERP tools to automate accounting processes.
