Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Planner/Analyst in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia to develop and manage production schedules aligned with customer demand. You will analyze capacity, materials, and lead times, coordinating with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Familiarity with production planning, scheduling and MRP concepts.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, controls and executes a production schedule for designated products.
• Develops schedules based on actual and forecasted demand and customer needs.
• Analyzes capacity, lead times, material availability to determine schedule.
• Manages changes to minimize cost exposure and ensure on-time delivery.
• Leads continuous improvement of planning processes and communicates plans.
