Job summary

Shopee Xpress is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business analysis. The role will work with cross‑functional teams to drive insights, support budgeting processes, and identify opportunities for cost and productivity improvements.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of FP&A experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, business finance, corporate finance, or related field.
• Experience in strategy or financial consulting encouraged to apply.
• Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and provide business insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for Shopee Xpress.
• Conduct detailed business analysis by category and format, including assessment of risks, profitability, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to monitor forecasts against budgets and track business performance.
• Support the annual budgeting process and long‑term planning activities.
• Work with Operations Excellence to identify cost optimization and productivity initiatives.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and tasks as assigned.
