Job summary

StarHub is seeking an FP&A professional in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, to manage budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and monthly reporting. You will analyze variances, consolidate data, and deliver insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

The role collaborates with Customer Operations and other units to optimize financial performance, tackle ad-hoc analyses, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives. English fluency and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

University degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience in FP&A or process improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support budgets, forecasts, long-range plans and monthly management reporting.
Perform variance analysis against budget/forecast to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Consolidate and analyze financial and operational data for performance reviews.
Prepare presentations, dashboards and insights for stakeholders.
Partner with Customer Operations and other units to support financial performance management.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights for decisions.
Support business cases, cost optimization and investment evaluations.
Assist finance transformation and process improvements in FP&A and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, standardization and data accuracy.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information used for reporting.
