Job summary

Woh Hup Group is seeking an experienced Senior Finance professional to oversee daily finance operations, including AR, AP, GL postings and bank reconciliations, with a focus on accuracy and documentation control. You will review payments to ensure compliance with approval matrices and contract terms, and support month-end closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance role.
• Familiarity with SAP and SST; experience with e-Invoicing is a plus.
• Experience supervising junior staff and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations: AR, AP, GL postings and bank reconciliations.
• Review and approve payments; ensure compliance with approval matrices and controls.
• Maintain supporting documents for audits, transactions, and project claims.
• Monitor ageing AR/AP, reduced overdue receivables, and avoid payment issues.
• Support month-end closing with accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPI dashboards.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for projects and overheads.
• Support tax filings (corporate tax, SST, withholding tax) and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor finance team; collaborate with project HR, Procurement, QS.
