PA Recruitment (KL) Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Finance & Accounts leader to oversee operations across the Group, ensuring robust financial management and efficiency. You will manage GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations and monthly closings, while consolidating statements and management reports.

Qualifications

• Strong financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow management knowledge.
• Experience leading a Finance & Accounts team and multi-entity consolidation.
• Ability to liaise with auditors, tax agents and regulators.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage the overall Finance & Accounts operations across the Group, ensuring effective financial management and operational efficiency.
• Manage and review the full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations and monthly financial closing.
• Prepare, review and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as management reports for the Group.
• Oversee Group cash flow management, budgeting, financial forecasting, financing strategies and working capital management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards and relevant regulations, including statutory audits, taxation, SST and e-Invoicing.
• Lead, supervise and develop the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring effective performance, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Provide financial analysis, insights and strategic recommendations to Management to support business decisions and the Group's financial objectives.
