Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Regional Reporting Manager to oversee financial reporting, consolidation, statutory compliance, and Bursa reporting coordination. You will ensure timely, accurate consolidation, manage external audits, and provide strategic insights across regions.

The role requires deep knowledge of MFRS/IFRS, 7–10 years of relevant experience, and strong stakeholder management. Collaboration with business units and finance teams will drive performance visibility and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CA is preferred.
• 7–10 years in financial reporting, consolidation, and audit.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and Bursa reporting requirements.
• Experience with Bursa-listed companies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of Group financial statements.
• Coordinate Bursa reporting timelines and statutory deliverables.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage annual audits.
