Job summary

Universal Robina Munchy's (URM), part of Universal Robina Corporation (URC), is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

The role will manage calendars, coordinate travel, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, prepare materials, and help oversee marketing projects and events to ensure smooth operations within the Marketing function.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Secretarial/PA required.
• At least 5 years of related experience; FMCG sector experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CMO’s calendar and coordinate meetings, events, and reporting requirements.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights and accommodations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, HR, and senior management.
• Coordinate with external agencies, partners, vendors and event organizers on behalf of the CMO.
• Prepare management meeting materials, reports, and dashboards for reviews.
• Track action items, timelines, and decisions from marketing meetings.
• Organize leadership meetings, agency briefings, and brand events.
• Provide admin support for marketing projects and initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and documents required by the CMO.
• Screen incoming correspondence and prioritize matters for the CMO.
• Monitor departmental expenses, purchase requests, invoices, and reimbursements.
• Maintain confidential records and sensitive marketing information.
• Support planning of internal and external events, including launches and conferences.
• Anticipate priorities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CMO’s office.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and research as assigned.
