CelcomDigi seeks an Enterprise Sales Account Manager for Greentown, Ipoh to manage a segment-based account portfolio and drive new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.

The role serves as the primary liaison between customers and cross-functional teams, delivering business requirements through direct and indirect channels with monthly and annual planning, forecasts, and post-sales support.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and revenue growth.
• Strong ability to develop account plans and manage end-to-end engagements.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.

• Manage a portfolio of segment-based accounts and drive new business.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to deliver requirements.
• Identify and execute revenue growth opportunities through direct and indirect channels.
• Prepare and update Account Plans for existing and prospective customers.
