Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Proven success deploying AI/automation solutions with measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

• Define platform vision and strategic direction.
• Gather requirements and prioritize product backlog.
• Develop go-to-market and engagement strategies.
• Define platform roadmap, features and integrations with stakeholders.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features for development.
• Define features with design and development teams.
• Drive product development to align with vision and goals.
• Act as a bridge between IT, marketing, sales and design teams.
• Foster collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze performance for improvements.
• Oversee technical performance, security, and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and platform governance.
• Vendor management and cost control (FinOps).
• Support audits and incident management as needed.
