Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a versatile and strategic Head of Engineering to lead software, data, and platform development across multiple business verticals. This is a cross-cutting engineering leadership role for a hands-on technical strategist capable of building scalable web, mobile, and enterprise platforms while driving our Data & AI/ML architecture.

Qualifications

Proven background as Full-Stack Engineer with modern web/mobile skills.
Deep hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud architectures (AWS/Azure).
Experience building modern data architectures and deploying AI/ML solutions into production.
Strong leadership of senior engineers and cross-functional teams delivering multi-vertical products.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end engineering strategy across web, mobile, and enterprise apps.
Architect and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure.
Lead data and AI/ML initiatives across key product offerings.
Partner with executives to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Scale, mentor, and lead cross-functional engineering teams with a culture of excellence.
