Job summary

Confidential Jobs seeks an experienced Product Manager at Senior Manager level to lead digitalisation efforts across internal platforms. You will own the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on turning fragmented processes into scalable platform solutions to support growth across markets.

You will partner with Engineering and Data teams to drive adoption, improve data visibility and operational intelligence, and measure impact with clear success metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or similar leadership role.
• Experience owning complex products or platforms at Senior Manager level.
• Strong track record translating business problems into product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for digitalisation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to digitalise manual processes and translate into scalable capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end product development from problem to adoption and optimisation.
• Build data visibility through dashboards, reporting capabilities and metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data to deliver platform enhancements.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption and business impact.
• Drive standardisation of systems, processes and performance across markets.
• Balance stakeholder requirements to prioritise features based on impact.
