Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, AI and automation in enterprise environments.
• Proven leadership experience with measurable ROI from AI/automation deployments.
• Strong governance, risk management, and vendor partnership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create the AI strategy and translate roadmap into actionable initiatives.
• Lead AI adoption across back-office, supply chain, and enterprise functions.
• Oversee governance, risk, and security considerations for AI initiatives.
• Build and grow the AI & Automation team and train across the organization.
• Engage stakeholders and partner with hyperscalers to accelerate adoption.
