Private Advertiser in Penang seeks an experienced education leader to oversee the overall management, academic development, student recruitment and operational performance of the College. The role provides strategic, administrative and educational leadership to ensure effective management and continuous development of the College, with emphasis on MOHE/MQA compliance and stakeholder collaboration.

You will drive planning, budgeting and enrolment strategies to sustain excellence.

Formación

• Master's degree in Education Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in a Deputy Principal/Principal or equivalent leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic planning, management and development of the College.
• Oversee administration and operations across academic and support functions.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in academic and operational areas.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure budget profitability and manage operational costs.
• Lead student recruitment, admissions and retention efforts.
• Oversee staffing and manpower to support operations.
• Develop and implement academic programmes per regulatory standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., MOHE, MQA).
• Engage with parents and students on academic and disciplinary matters.
• Foster effective relationships with staff, students, parents and external partners.
