Job summary

Sika in Malaysia is seeking a Planning Support professional to manage MRP updates and forecast accuracy. You will participate in Demand Review meetings, support sales forecast planning, and help optimize inventory levels to meet demand and working capital targets.

You will also track replenishments, manage Purchase Orders, and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse and other internal teams to ensure timely supply and smooth planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor MRP and forecast updates in the planning system.
• Participate in monthly Demand Review Meetings and support sales forecast planning with Sales and Target Market teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support sales demand and working capital targets.
• Follow up on replenishment activities, Purchase Orders, and supplier deliveries to ensure timely supply.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and other internal teams on planning.
