Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant sales, business development or account management.
• CDCP certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
• Provide support to regional and global sales teams for strategic accounts.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to delivery.
• Build strategic relationships as the trusted advisor for customers.
• Develop sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and monitor trends.
• Prepare proposals, RFx/tender submissions, and support negotiations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing for project success.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
