Job summary

STERIS Healthcare Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth in the CSSD Reprocessing business, covering capital equipment and consumables. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, develop opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions across Malaysia.

The role involves product marketing, forecasting, and budget management, ensuring value for hospitals and healthcare systems. English fluency is required, with strong sales, leadership and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with sales experience in the Medical Infection Prevention industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sales and marketing efforts in a medium to large medical device company in Malaysia.
• Experience in developing training and coordinating physician or customer events is an added advantage.
• Leadership, communication and planning skills; ability to implement change to positively affect results.
• Strong sales, product management and project management experience.
• Customer oriented and results driven.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Achieves revenue objectives for CSSD Capital and Consumables.
• Develops short and long-range goals and objectives aligned with strategic growth plans.
• Manages promotion and education activities, clinical trials, training, and workshops in Malaysia.
• Oversees marketing and product management programs oriented toward profitable growth.
• Establishes and manages relations with KOLs, societies and hospital managements and other client accounts.
• Monitors competitor activity and takes necessary actions.
• Identifies leads and drives new business initiatives.
• Plans and executes new product launches.
• Supports customers with technical assistance on product use.
• Responds to tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Develops forecasts and budgets aligned with goals.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and suggests changes to optimize efficiency.
