Job summary

STERIS Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Specialist to grow our repair business by bridging technical expertise with strategic sales. You will identify new opportunities, manage key accounts in hospitals and clinics, and deliver solutions that build loyalty.

You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, provide accurate quotations, negotiate service contracts, and support post-sales technical issues to maximize uptime for healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technical sales within medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and strong negotiating skills.
• In-depth knowledge of medical equipment, especially endoscopes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the repair market.
• Develop tailored sales strategies for key accounts and meet KPIs.
• Build relationships with hospital and clinic decision-makers and close service contracts.
• Provide accurate quotations and manage account receivables.
• Coordinate with service teams for on-site deployments and support.
