Job summary

Finbond Heavy Machinery Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented professional to strengthen accounts receivable and sales support. You will monitor collection performance, send payment reminders, and liaise with debtors and panel lawyers as needed to recover long outstanding balances.

You will handle credit limit analyses, prepare supporting documentation for approvals, review sales orders, coordinate pre-delivery tasks, and generate weekly and monthly reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or related business field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in credit control and heavy machinery sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor collection performance and contact debtors as needed.
• Send payment reminders and liaise with lawyers for legal action.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on collection plans.
• Process credit applications and perform credit analysis.
• Review sales orders and coordinate with logistics for outbound processing.
• Prepare HP documents and liaise with bankers.
