Job summary

WINSTAR ALUMINIUM MANUFACTURING SDN BHD is seeking a Public Relations & Corporate Communications Executive to plan, develop and execute PR and corporate communications initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation, visibility and stakeholder engagement in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant corporate communications or PR experience.
• Excellent command of English with strong writing and editing skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, independent and able to multitask.
• Experience evaluating and integrating AI solutions for marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute PR and corporate communications initiatives.
• Develop corporate publications: newsletters, press releases, digital content, etc.
• Manage content updates on corporate website and LinkedIn.
• Plan and manage corporate events, conferences and CSR programs.
• Coordinate pre-event promotions, on-site media, and post-event reporting.
• Oversee CSR programs and sponsorships.
• Assist in award submissions with relevant data and highlights.
• Track media coverage and industry trends to adjust strategies.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on corporate matters.
• Oversee development of corporate collaterals and gifts.
• Utilize AI to streamline workflows and enhance external communications.
