Job summary

RHB Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, deepening relationships and delivering tailored banking solutions across lending, deposits, trade finance, and wealth products.

You will collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue targets, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance with regulations while providing exceptional client experiences. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in relationship management within banking/ corporate banking.
• Proven track record in managing corporate clients and driving growth.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products including lending, deposits, cash management, trade finance and wealth solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients while deepening relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Acquire new-to-bank clients through networking and referrals.
• Recommend customized banking solutions across a broad range of products.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to address objectives and risk.
