Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business/Finance/Economics)
• 5-8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within banking or financial services
• Demonstrated track record of acquiring new business and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A strong network within the Malaysian corporate or institutional landscape is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and target potential new corporate and institutional clients
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, converting them into active business relationships through networking, presentations, and proposals
• Collaborate with product specialists, relationship managers, and credit teams to develop tailored financial solutions for prospective clients
• Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and financial models to communicate value propositions
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management
