Job summary

Boeing Composites Malaysia seeks a Program Coordinator to join the Program Management - Manufacturing Integration team, managing high-value contracts and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure obligations are met throughout the program lifecycle.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of contract/program management experience, with strong terms interpretation, risk management, and CLM knowledge. WorldCC and ITAR/EAR familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise contracts or contract/program management.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, contract interpretation and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across functions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• WorldCC certification and ITAR/EAR knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex customer contracts from execution through closeout.
• Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and commercial negotiations within approved boundaries.
• Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, billing triggers, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Customers for contractual compliance.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks with audit-ready documentation.
• Lead contract change management, including scope changes and variances approved by customers.
• Support dispute resolution by providing comprehensive contract documentation and historical records.
• Ensure timely renewals and prevent contract lapses through proactive planning.
