Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex customer contracts from execution through closeout.
• Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and commercial negotiations within approved boundaries.
• Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, billing triggers, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Customers for contractual compliance.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks with audit-ready documentation.
• Lead contract change management, including scope changes and variances approved by customers.
• Support dispute resolution by providing comprehensive contract documentation and historical records.
• Ensure timely renewals and prevent contract lapses through proactive planning.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Finance, or a related field

Strong understanding of commercial terms, contract interpretation, and risk management

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple functions

Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail

Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is an advantage

WorldCC (formerly IACCM) certification and knowledge of ITAR/EAR Export Controls are preferred
