Job summary

Boeing Composites Malaysia is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Program Management - Manufacturing Integration team. You will manage a portfolio of high-value customer contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure contractual obligations are executed with excellence throughout the program lifecycle.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have 5+ years of experience in contract management, with strong analytical and communication skills to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise customer contracts or in contract/program management.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, contract interpretation, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions.
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR Export Controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex customer contracts from execution through closeout.
• Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and commercial negotiations within approved boundaries.
• Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, billing triggers, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Customers to ensure contractual compliance.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while maintaining audit-ready records.
• Lead contract change management including scope changes and customer-approved variances.
• Support dispute resolution by providing comprehensive contract documentation and historical records.
• Ensure timely renewals and prevent contract lapses through proactive planning.

Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of complex customer contracts from execution through closeout

About you

WorldCC (formerly IACCM) certification and knowledge of ITAR/EAR Export Controls are preferred
