Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Contract & Procurement Leader to own and drive end-to-end contract strategies with key vendors. You will manage the contract lifecycle, monitor performance, and implement governance to mitigate risk while maximizing value.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement/contract management, telecom experience, and strong negotiation and stakeholder skills. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/management or equivalent.
• 8+ years in procurement and/or contract management, with vendor engagements.
• Experience in telecom or related regulatory environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and risk management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management & vendor relationship management across internal teams and suppliers.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from creation to renewal, amendments, and termination.
• Ensure compliance, risk management and governance of contracts and vendors.
• Drive process digitalisation to improve visibility, reporting and efficiency.
