Job summary

Menara Maxis is seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from negotiation to renewal and governance, within our telecommunications environment. You will manage vendor relationships, assess risks, ensure compliance, and drive digitalisation of contract processes to improve efficiency and controls.

Strong communication with senior stakeholders is essential. This role requires at least eight years in procurement or contract management, preferably in telecoms,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications in contract, procurement or commercial management would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement or contract management.
• Experience in telecommunications industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management & vendor relationship management: build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors; monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Contract lifecycle management: manage contracts through creation, amendments, renewals, extensions and terminations; monitor deliverables and SLA compliance.
• Compliance & risk management: ensure compliance with policies, regulations and manage contractual, commercial, operational and financial risks.
• Process digitalisation: drive automation and digital solutions to improve contract visibility, tracking, and governance.
