Job summary

SLB seeks a seasoned internal communications professional to support strategy development and execution, articulating strategic narratives and driving engagement across regions. You will translate high-level technical content into compelling content for diverse audiences and work on integrated campaigns with Executive, Internal, Brand and Division Communications.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in internal communications or related role.
• Ability to simplify complex messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating content across multiple formats (articles, presentations, videos, campaigns).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools.
• Confident communicator who can engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Creative mindset with a passion for employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications activities that support business priorities and employee engagement.
• Partner with leaders, HR, and regional stakeholders to deliver clear, consistent messaging.
• Lead internal communications projects and campaigns, including leadership communications, town halls, and webinars.
• Create and manage content across internal channels aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Coordinate and share best practices to local stakeholders across Asia.
• Manage internal channels and measure effectiveness through feedback and engagement metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in communications processes, tools, and employee experience.
