Job summary

Hilti Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships on major construction projects, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable impact and profitability.

You will drive on-site applications, manage high-value deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources, develop strong client relationships, and win opportunities while maintaining project excellence and customer satisfaction. Travel to Seremban, Port Dickson and Nilai will be required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects or high-value commercial deals.
• Experience in Data Center, Critical Facilities, or similar environments is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with consultants, contractors, developers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage selected focus projects to ensure progress and successful execution.
• Drive on-site focus applications and product/service adoption to achieve defined sales targets.
• Orchestrate complex commercial deals, meeting sales and execution deadlines while preserving profitability.
• Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, clients and other project stakeholders.
• Understand and integrate commercial and technical aspects to deliver complex solutions combining products, services and software.
• Collaborate effectively with Hilti project team members and the wider Hilti organization.
• Maintain strong communication and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate project capture team meetings to ensure alignment and execution.
• Prepare material forecasts, quotations and relevant project updates.
• Actively utilize CRM (Salesforce) to reflect events, leads and effective pipeline management.
