Job summary

TALL INNOVATIONS SDN BHD is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement for construction materials, M&E items, equipment, subcontractor works and services in Malaysia.

You will plan, track, and optimize purchasing activities, evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and project specs while coordinating with site teams to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in relevant field required; minimum 5 years in procurement.
• Experience in construction materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Strong negotiation and supplier evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for materials, equipment, and services.
• Plan and track procurement activities, including long-lead items.
• Review requisitions and POs for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers; lead price and term negotiations.
• Coordinate with project teams on delivery schedules and drawings.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO standards.
