Job summary

Batch Technologies Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Malaysia, seeks a dynamic sales leader to act as the main representative for corporate clients and private owners. You will negotiate agreements, respond to inquiries, and coordinate cross-department sales support to grow revenue.

Responsibilities include preparing Quotations, processing orders, and strengthening vendor relationships. Fresh graduates are welcome; construction machinery experience is an advantage, with travel required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, sales & marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate with 2-3 years of Construction Machinery Sales Experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Concrete, Precast & Quarry industries is a plus.
• Strong sales strategy and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel for outstation visits.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main representative of the business for corporate customers and private owners.
• Provide information on best practices and negotiate corporate agreements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate sales support across departments.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and related paperwork.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships to generate leads and opportunities.
• Lead a sales team and drive customer satisfaction with win-win partnerships.
