Job summary

Narro Communications is seeking a Consultant role in Kuala Lumpur to support business leadership, strategic planning, and client relationships. You will help build media and stakeholder networks, develop compelling content, and lead on select accounts with supervision.

The position focuses on delivering high-quality content, expanding business opportunities, and preparing senior teams for pitches and meetings, while growing responsibility in managing work streams and client programmes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve company goals and guide junior team members.
• Provide communications support to clients and contribute to strategic counsel and planning.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including senior-level contacts, and deputise for Senior Consultants.
• Take ownership of tasks and apply knowledge to deliver exceptional client service.
• Expand and maintain strong media relationships, craft engaging pitches, place stories with reporters.
• Create high-quality, distinctive content with minimal supervision.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals including content and logistics.
• Produce insightful research to prep senior team for meetings, pitches and presentations.
• Increase responsibility for managing work streams and implementing client programmes.
• Supervise media monitoring and cover for Executives.
