Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a B2B, corporate, consumer or digital communications agency at Senior Campaign/Account Executive or Campaign/Account Manager level.
• Creative thinking and strategic mindset.
• Understanding of client business issues and requirements.
• Highly developed presentation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of social media and content distribution.
• Strong market research and analysis capability.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Calm under pressure with capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• Confident interaction at board-level with clients.
• Ability to relate current affairs to client situations.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong client relationships and positions TEAM LEWIS as a trusted partner.
• Manages client communications, deadlines and service agreements with the accounts team.
• Reviews account performance with the Campaign Director and identifies opportunities for additional services.
• Supports new business pitches with coordination, content, and presentations; attends meetings as needed.
• Schedules and runs regular client meetings; provides consultative advice on communications activity.
• Oversees media relations and builds journalist and analyst relationships.
• Oversees content creation for campaigns, including press materials and articles.
• Provides social media insights and oversees related digital activity with the digital team.
• Leads and develops the account team; sets objectives and monitors delivery and budget usage.
• Maintains reporting to clients and internal stakeholders; delivers performance insights.
