Qualifications

• 4–6 years in strategy consulting or 5–8 years in related industry roles (Investor Support, Healthcare, Energy, Transport, Telco, Media & Tech).
• MBA from a top-tier school; international experience is a plus.
• Experience in emerging markets, especially Southeast Asia.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills; travel ability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead work streams.

Responsibilities

• Deals directly with clients, ensuring communication is open at all levels.
• Guides module teams—clients and colleagues alike.
• Contributes to business development and client presentations.
• Prepares and holds client presentations; supports Project Manager in meetings.
• Lead client interviews and interact with management-level clients.
