Job summary

TEAM LEWIS is seeking a Campaign Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead client accounts and guide the team in delivering strategic PR and marketing campaigns. You will translate client objectives into actionable plans, manage timelines and oversee media relations.

You will supervise content creation, digital activity and reporting, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive client value in a fast-paced agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B or corporate communications agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong client relationships and acts as a trusted partner.
• Oversees media relations and secures coverage for campaigns and projects.
• Directs content creation for campaigns and projects across multiple channels.
• Leads digital and social media initiatives and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manages the account team, coaching and developing junior staff.
• Provides performance reporting to the Campaign Director and senior management.
• Supports new business development through compelling storytelling and presentations.
