Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Deputy Sales Manager to develop and secure opportunities for its commercial HVAC solutions in Malaysia’s commercial and industrial markets. You will drive sales and tender management, build strong relationships with M&E contractors, consultants, developers, owners and end users, and push specification inclusion for chillers, AHUs and FCUs.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in commercial HVAC or related industries.
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and applications.
Proven track record in project sales and customer relationship management.
Ability to engage consultants, contractors, developers and end users.

Responsibilities

Achieve annual sales and margin targets and develop new project opportunities.
Promote Carrier solutions to engineers and project stakeholders and drive specifications.
Manage projects from opportunity to order closure and coordinate tenders.
Maintain relationships with customers and strengthen long-term loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, operations, finance) as needed.
