Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, advertising, commerce or communications.
• At least 2 years in media/advertising.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: act as primary contact for clients and manage campaign execution.
• Campaign Management: coordinate with Content, Radio, Digital, and Creative Services teams.
• Coordination: ensure smooth delivery with timelines and quality.
• Budget Tracking: monitor client budgets and spending.
• Client Communication: update clients on products and market changes.
• Opportunity Identification: find upsell opportunities for clients.
• Campaign KPI Achievement: monitor performance and report results.
• Post Campaign Analysis: develop retention plans to strengthen brand.
• Paperwork Management: handle contracts, invoicing, and data entry.
• Trade & Targeted Client Engagement Events: represent Astro at events.
