Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking a seasoned CFO/finance leader to drive overall business performance across strategy, P&L, and commercial growth. The role combines strong financial leadership with operational and manufacturing oversight to deliver profitable growth and strategic transformation.

The successful candidate will translate financial insights into commercial decisions, optimise cost structures, and lead a high-performance organisation across governance, supply chain and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance or operations.
• Experience with full P&L ownership and enterprise-level decision making.
• MBA or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
• Exposure to food manufacturing, FMCG or consumer products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business strategy, governance and performance culture at Board level.
• Own P&L, cash flow, balance sheet and overall financial performance.
• Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and commercial growth.
• Drive pricing, product profitability and capital allocation for growth.
• Ensure food safety, quality and regulatory compliance across the organisation.
• Lead organisation and people development with a high-performance culture.
• Manage relationships with shareholders, banks and key stakeholders.
• Transform organisation for scale, transformation and professionalisation.
