Executive Recruiters Sdn Bhd is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and governance. The role requires extensive PLC experience in Malaysia and strong leadership across treasury, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

The incumbent will partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, capital structure, and stakeholder communications, ensuring accurate forecasting and robust internal controls.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Master’s degree and/or recognised professional qualification preferred (MIA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA).
• Must be a registered member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
• 10–15 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, incl. 5+ years in senior finance leadership or CFO role.
• Finance experience in a Public Listed Company (PLC) in Malaysia.
• Familiar with Bursa Malaysia reporting, MFRS, disclosures and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, governance, budgeting, treasury, risk management.

• Lead the company’s financial operations including cash flow, investments, budgeting and reporting.
• Oversee annual operating, capital and program budgets with forecasting and monitoring.
• Manage day-to-day accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Develop financial best practices, systems, and processes to strengthen governance.
• Ensure compliance with national and local financial regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budget proposals and project financials.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead risk management, capital structure, and fundraising strategies.
• Monitor performance indicators and present comprehensive financial reports to executives.
• Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring regulatory compliance.
