Zohorecruit is seeking a senior finance leader to drive the commercial finance function in a fast‑moving FMCG environment. You will interpret results for management, advise the CEO/COO, and guide profitable growth with actionable financial information.

Lead a capable analytics-driven team, partner across revenue, brands, and operations, and ensure governance while enabling business enablement through robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting foundation with commercial acumen.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or distribution.
• Skilled in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling capability.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Clear communicator able to translate numbers into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance function with commercial insight into fast-moving consumer goods operations.
• Provide actionable financial information to CEO/COO and support profitable growth.
• Oversee management reporting with clear, commercially meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Maintain discipline in revenue, COGS, trade spend, marketing, and operating expenses classifications.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, explain variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Partner with department heads to improve decision-making and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Monitor margins, inventory, and working capital to balance growth with cash efficiency.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing Finance team.
