Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Business Manager for the CEBO Office (Enterprise Business) to drive cross-functional collaboration and provide executive-level support. The role involves shaping board materials, coordinating high-level meetings and travel, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, strong business and financial acumen, and excellent leadership and presentation abilities to engage senior stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Strong business and financial acumen with strategic mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and provide oversight for CEBO projects and directives, addressing roadblocks to align with objectives and timelines.
• Draft, compile, and refine high-impact presentations, reports and communications for internal/external stakeholders, including Board materials.
• Strategically manage CEBO’s schedule and engagements, prioritising executive meetings and external interactions.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and agendas, prepare pre-reading materials and meeting minutes, follow up on actions.
• Serve as liaison between CEBO office and senior leaders to foster strong working relationships.
