Job summary

Maxis Malaysia is seeking a senior CEBO liaison to drive cross-functional collaboration, strategic alignment, and executive scheduling. You will serve as a key liaison between the CEBO’s office and senior leaders, shaping communications and Board materials for decision-making.

With 8+ years in business or finance, you will lead meetings, travel planning, pre-reading packs, and minutes, ensuring timely delivery and clear stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Business/Finance.
• 8+ years of experience in business or finance roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and oversee CEBO projects and directives.
• Draft and refine high-impact presentations, reports, and Board materials.
• Strategically manage CEBO’s schedule including executive meetings and external engagements.
• Oversee CEBO's agenda during business travel to meet objectives.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare pre-reading materials and minutes.
• Understand business dynamics to support senior leaders and liaise with the CEBO office.
