Job summary

Maxis Malaysia is seeking a senior CEBO liaison to drive cross-functional collaboration, strategic alignment, and executive scheduling. You will serve as a key liaison between the CEBO’s office and senior leaders, shaping communications and Board materials for decision-making.

With 8+ years in business or finance, you will lead meetings, travel planning, pre-reading packs, and minutes, ensuring timely delivery and clear stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Business/Finance.
• 8+ years of experience in business or finance roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and oversee CEBO projects and directives.
• Draft and refine high-impact presentations, reports, and Board materials.
• Strategically manage CEBO’s schedule including executive meetings and external engagements.
• Oversee CEBO's agenda during business travel to meet objectives.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare pre-reading materials and minutes.
• Understand business dynamics to support senior leaders and liaise with the CEBO office.

What you would be accountable for

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and provide oversight for key CEBO projects and directives, including identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
• Draft, compile, and refine high-impact presentations, reports, and communications for key internal and external stakeholders, including Board materials and CEBO messages.
• Strategically manage CEBO’s schedule, prioritising engagements aligning with business timelines, especially executive-level meetings and external interactions.
• Oversee and coordinate CEBO’s agenda during business travel to ensure business objectives are effectively met.
• Develop and coordinate meeting logistics and agendas, prepare necessary pre-reading materials, meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Develop a solid understanding of business dynamics and strategic direction to provide effective support, acting as a key liaison between the CEBO's office and senior leaders, fostering positive working relationships in internal and external forums.

What do you need to have for this role?

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in Business, Finance disciplines.
• At least 8 years of working and relevant experience.
• Has strong business and financial acumen.
• Possess logical and strategic thinking, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong conceptual and analytical skills.
