Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Understanding of inventory management and procurement.
• Proficiency in English and ability to negotiate.
• ERP experience (BaaN, SAP, or Infor LN) preferred.
• Experience in contract manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Self-organized, structured, independent and motivated.
• Willingness to learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Purchase of materials as required based on ERP system requirements.
• Analyze stock replenishment impact and justify purchases if excessive stock results.
• Issue and enter Purchase Orders and update vendor confirmations.
• Check delivery confirmations and expedite outstanding orders.
• Interface with customers and KAE on consigned materials and data updates.
• Update costing for customer consigns parts.
• Organize material flow according to production plan and plan subcontracting when needed.
• Ensure inventory control aligned with company objectives and observe QMS & LN procedures.
