Job summary

Kannal Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze opportunities, improve processes, and translate requirements into solutions. The role offers exposure to multiple industries and a clear path toward Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager roles.

You will work with management, unit leaders, clients, and external stakeholders on high-visibility projects, with travel as needed and a focus on delivering strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in Business Analysis, Development, Consulting, or related fields.
• Degree in Business, Admin, IS, Engineering, Management, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to gather and manage business requirements.
• Knowledge of process mapping, workflow design, and optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and workflows to identify improvements.
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management recommendations.
• Evaluate new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Engage with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive outcomes.
• Progress toward leadership roles through demonstrated delivery and governance.
