Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Business Analyst/ Project Manager (Manager/Assistant Manager) to lead project planning, define scope and timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

You will manage resources, engage stakeholders, monitor risks, assure quality, handle compliance, and report progress to management; a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of PM experience are required; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and PM tools.
• PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for IT projects.
• Allocate resources and coordinate with vendors.
• Engage with users, clients, sponsors and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality and regulatory/compliance adherence.
• Prepare project documentation for audits and reporting.
• Monitor performance and report status to management.
