Job summary

Johnson Controls Malaysia is seeking a Sales Lead to drive sales strategy, forecast, and profitable branch growth across Public Sector, Education, Transportation, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial Solutions, or Data Center segments.

The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships with owners, architects, engineers and contractors, and leading the sales team to secure new opportunities while maintaining strong market insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of sales and/or operations experience in building systems or services.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role with people development.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and account management strategies to build long-term relationships.
• Plan, forecast, and deliver consistent growth across branches.
• Develop and direct sales force to be premier supplier of equipment.
• Establish and maintain key account plans with target accounts and contractors.
• Lead local market development and coordinate with regional HR for staffing.
