Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Business Development Manager (Electronics) in Malaysia to drive growth in wireless, IoT and embedded solutions. You will identify new opportunities, nurture major accounts, and align strategy with global teams.

Requirements include 5 years in B2B technical sales with OEM/ODM experience in semiconductor or networking hardware. Strong communication, presentation and contract negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include degrees in Engineering, Business, or IT.
• At least 5 years in B2B business development or technical sales.
• Experience in OEM/ODM sales within semiconductor or networking hardware is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Expand markets by identifying new opportunities in wireless, IoT, and embedded markets.
• Manage key accounts with a consultative approach and proactive relationship management.
• Design and execute sales strategies to hit revenue and margin targets.
• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations and proposals.
• Oversee programs from engineering through to mass production delivery.
• Gather market trends and competitor intelligence for leadership decisions.
